How we select partners
We do not accept affiliate relationships with every company that approaches us. Our criteria for recommending a service:
- We have personally used the service or conducted a thorough review of its quality, safety and ethics.
- The service is genuinely relevant to the needs identified by our tools — we would not recommend a therapy platform to someone whose result suggests they are thriving.
- The service has strong user reviews and a credible track record.
- The commission structure does not incentivise us to recommend one service over a more appropriate alternative.

Affiliate links on HealMindHub are identified by context — they appear in tool result sections under headings such as "Recommended resources" or "If you'd like professional support". Blog posts that contain affiliate links include a disclosure statement at the top of the article. We do not disguise affiliate links as organic editorial recommendations.
Our commitment to you
Our editorial independence is non-negotiable. The affiliate commission we might earn from BetterHelp or Regain does not make us more likely to recommend therapy when coaching would be more appropriate — or vice versa. Our recommendations are based on what your tool result actually suggests, not on which product pays us the highest commission.
If a better service exists that does not have an affiliate programme, we will still mention it. Our primary obligation is to the people using this site, not to any commercial partner.
