HealMindHub ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Dr. Dan Amzallag and the HealMindHub team. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit healmindhub.com, how we use it, and what rights you have over your data.

By using this site you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the site and contact us at hello@healmindhub.com with any concerns.

We keep data collection to a minimum. We collect:

• Email addressOnly if you voluntarily submit it to subscribe to daily horoscopes or new-tool updates. Submission is never required to use any astrology tool.
• Booking requestsIf you book a free discovery call, we store your name, email, optional phone, country and what you would like help with — used only to arrange and prepare for your call.
• Contact messagesYour name, email and message if you use the contact form. Used solely to respond to you.
• Tool reviewsIf you choose to rate a tool, we store your star rating and any optional comment and name you provide, plus a one-way hashed value derived from your IP address to prevent spam. We never store your raw IP address.

• Sending the daily horoscopes or new-tool updates you subscribed to (with an unsubscribe link in every email).
• Arranging and preparing for the discovery calls you book.
• Responding to contact-form messages.
• Displaying approved tool reviews so other visitors can see genuine feedback.
• Counting tool usage anonymously (totals only, no personal data) so we can improve the site.
• Presenting relevant coaching suggestions based on the content you are viewing — not based on stored personal data.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics or any other visitor-tracking service.

• Essential login cookieA single secure cookie is set only if you log in to the private admin area. It is never set for ordinary visitors.
• Local storageYour browser may remember — on your device only — that you have subscribed or already rated a tool, so we don't ask again. This information never leaves your device.

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

Clicking external links (such as our social-media profiles) may set cookies on those third-party sites. We have no control over third-party cookie practices.

• Email subscribers are kept until you unsubscribe — you can do so at any time via the link in any email we send.
• Booking requests and contact messages are kept while we assist you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
• Tool reviews are kept until you ask us to remove them or we moderate them out.
• We do not run analytics, so there is no long-term visitor-tracking data to retain.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights under GDPR, UK GDPR or applicable law:

• AccessRequest a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• DeletionRequest that we delete your data. Email hello@healmindhub.com with the subject "Delete my data".
• CorrectionRequest that we correct inaccurate data we hold about you.

HealMindHub is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, please contact hello@healmindhub.com and we will delete it promptly.
